How and when did you four meet each other for the first time?
Chris is an old ski friend since more than 15 years. I met Helias during our expedition on Mont Logan in 2019. And Aurel since our Denali expedition.
Favorite part of the adventure and why:
Finding our path through the bush because you let your animal senses showing the way. We were like beast in the wild. This was the final step of our transition, refind our animality.
Biggest learning of the expedition:
Humility and slowness are the key. It’s never finish before the end.
The most essential items on this trip:
Pugnacity, Music, Good food
What I missed most:
The endless nights along the Yentna River.
We wear glitter on summit days because:
Because the mountains are so beautiful, and if we look good when we are there, she will let us climb on her back, in the bright sunshine (this is something very scientific).

Heaven ×1000
We should have brought
More weed and alcohol
Favorite part of the adventure and why:
Skiing down and stand on the mountains. Especially the Mount Foraker who’s really big and wild into storms and crevasses. The most beautiful and powerful experience of my life! With lovely people!

My mental strength, patience and resilience. And my ability to enjoy every moment.
